The upright shape means that Konan kohlrabi is suitable for container growing. We tried it in raised beds and in the trial field, and there seemed to be no impact on performance, uniformity, or flavour.
These seeds may be coated with an inert, organically certified layer which helps to minimize clumping in storage and seed sowing machines. The coating is approved by organic certifiers in Canada, the US, EU, and Japan.
